MODEL OF EMERALD INTERNATIONAL ACADEMY THIRD TERM RESUMPTION NEWSLETTER 2021/2022 ACADEMIC SESSION. THIRD TERM RESUMPTION BULLETIN Amiable Parents / Careers. We are glad to welcome you to the third segment of the 2021/2022 academic session. We hope that you had a relaxing and wonderful break. This term is the last term of the academic year and we are fully prepared for it. The teachers have set of relevant learning activities towards ensuring that our scholars achieve excellence in academics and character. Our parents’ absolute cooperation in their learning process is essential. THE CEE: The Common Entrance Examinations will kick off very soon hence pupils are advised not to relent in their studies. THE JUNIOR NECO: The JS3 students will starts writing the BECE next session God willing all preparation towards it, is in place. FRUIT DAYS: This is to remind you that students and pupils are required to bring their choice fresh fruits to school as usual. It aimed at to reduce the consumption of unhealthy industrial and artificial flavor fruit juices, Remember that scholars are prohibited from bringing artificial juice to school on then( Thursday ). Therefore we implore you to provide your child with the choice/best fresh fruits. SICKNESS/ILL HEALTH: We discourage parents from bringing sick children to school. Rather the child should be given proper medical attention at home. Please always inform the school whenever a scholar is or would be absent from school due to ill health. E- COMMUNICATION: We will be communicating with our parents and careers more frequently via your emails and other means so long we've gotten our software to be fully used on wards. UNIFORM: All scholars are expected to dress neatly to school in the appropriate school uniforms. ‘It is said that you are addressed the way you dressed’. APPRECIATION: A special appreciation goes to all our parents and careers who have consistently followed the school policy and have not allowed their wards to default in any area. Thank you for reinforcing learning at home and for helping your ward turn in home works/projects as at when due. LATE PICKING: We expect scholars to be dropped and picked during the school stipulated time. Monday to Friday: 7:20am – 12:30pm or 7:20-1:30 respectively. Late picking of children is child abuse and it’s against the child’s right. It attracts a penalty of N200 only to given to our new nanny or the teacher on duty. FEES: According to the school’s policy, all payments are to be done before resumption. We expect all tellers on Monday 25th April, 2022. Examination 6th -15th July, 2022. 9 PTA Meeting 18th June, 2022. 10 End of Session Ceremony Saturday 23rd July, 2022. 11 Collection of Result 23rd July, 2022. ADMISSION: The sale of admission forms for 2022/2023 academic year and entrance examination dates into MODEL OF EMERALD INTERNATIONAL ACADEMY will be on progress as follows : 1st Batch 13th August, 2022. 2nd Batch 20th August, 2022. 3rd Batch 27th August, 2022. CLUBS: We request that you encourage your child to belong to one of the clubs. CHILDREN’S DAY CELEBRATION: The school will join the other private schools across the state to celebrate the 2022 Children’s Day. A delegation of pupils / students will represent the school in the march past organized by National Association of Proprietors of Private Schools (NAPPS) On 27th May, 2022. END OF SESSION/PRIZE GIVING DAY CEREMONY: The 2022 End of session / Prize-Giving-Ceremony holds at the end of this term. This year’s end of session ceremony will be more fantastic, educative programs in different look. Both pupils and students will be dressing in a touch of stipulated colour based on their sections and all that. 2022 GRADUATING CLASSES: Are the primary five, pre-nursery and nursery two respectively. The graduation gown etc costs N500 only. Payment should be made along with school fees and obtain your receipt. Endeavour to provide these to enable your child celebrate with others. COMPLIMENTS: The management and staff are grateful to you; our highly esteemed parents, for taking good care of the children during the vacation.
